Agenda

  1. Set up: machines, chairs, and the project history open on screen, before a single guest walks in
  2. Partners arrive — The Handover: your partner runs the software in front of the room, and you keep your hands off the keyboard
  3. The package changes hands: the code, the documentation, the known limits, and the name of who to ask next
  4. Structured team review: what the plan said, what actually happened, and one recommendation for whoever inherits this
  5. Hand in the written team review, one document per team

Things to do before our next class

  • Send your partner the files and the written thank-you one last time, so the handover exists in writing and not just in memory.
